The Benefits of Practicing Law

A Kirkland native, Ian has practiced real estate and probate law in King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties - and the federal courts - for 12 years.

All clients and cases are unique; they are issues of first impression. Every consult unfolds events that no Judge or Attorney has analyzed before. While the law may categorize cases, no outcome is truly known. It takes time and immersion to truly know how interwoven and unique the facts of many cases are.

Very few people need to hire an attorney more than once in their life, often for family law. Ian brings people into the fold into the esoteric world of real estate, making the court system less daunting and the client a stake-holder in not only the outcome but also the process. A fuller command - with less apprehension and intimidation about the rule of law - is afforded to clients and their families.
