Estate Planning

The estate planning package consists of two will-drafting, signing, and estate planning consultations, durable medical and financial powers of attorney, healthcare directives, drafting of pour-over wills, property transfers in some cases, trusts, trusts for children, all if required by a person's individualized circumstances. The baseline rates for these services ranges from $900.00 to $1,400.00, depending on complexity.

Real Estate

This includes drafting of unique Purchase and Sale Agreements, litigating real estate and construction law claims, doing property transfers, and resolving title and boundary matters.

Probate

We assist the Executor to managing the decedent’s assets, obtaining Orders for Sale of the Estate home if needed. We can handle of-out of-state personal and real property through ancillary administration. The Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act/TEDRA practice includes litigation and trial.
